We are recruiting for a Supply Chain assistant working alongside the supply chain manager for a busy company in Swindon.

Duties to include:

Chasing orders using a purchase order number

Recording notes against the expected delivery/timescale etc.

Chasing late/missing orders

Administration as directed by the Supply Chain Manager

Any other tasks as required.

Attributes:

? Confident telephone manner

? Eager to learn

? Computer literacy

? Attention to detail

? Willingness to cover the department when the manager is on annual leave etc.

? Seeking an opportunity to develop a career path way in Supply Chain.

Hours are Mon - Thurs 7.45am ? 4.45pm, Friday 7.45am ? 12.15pm
