Candidates should have the following: Minimum 5+ years of experience designing HVAC systems.
Knowledge of REVIT and BIM Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience. Job Skills & Qualifications Required Experience with 3D Modeling programs such as AutoCAD & Revit. Building and Energy code and standard requirements LEED standards and Energy Star standards HVAC specification preparations Construction administration Perform construction site inspections to review installation of systems and generate reports.
