Transportation Engineer 2 with Arcadis U.S., Inc. (Cary, NC) Assist in the development and design of infrastructure projects for roadways, including intersections, collector streets, urban arterials, rural and urban expressways, interstates and interstate interchanges.

Prepare designs, specifications, or estimates for transportation facilities. Perform varying roles on multi-disciplined projects including planning, technical design of minor projects, production, and assisting the Project Manager and lead engineers. Assisting in developing project scopes and budgets.

Interface with clients and maintain client needs for the Project Manager. Maintain project schedules and ensure project compliance with all practices, including quality and safety standards. This position allows for remote work and reports to the company's office in Cary, NC.

Requirements: Requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Position requires 1 year of related experience which must include some experience in each of the following skills: Geopak; V8I; MicroStation SS2, SS4, and SS10; Corridor Modeling; AutoTurn 11; and Bluebeam.
