The Transport Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Senior Transport Coordinator with the day to day running of the transport team.Duties and Responsibilities:

• The vehicle routing and the co-ordination of journeys.
• The upkeep of vehicle car passes and the Eric fuel key system.
• Ensuring drivers are fully briefed of their task. ie, pick up points in/out of scope.
• Ensuring vehicles are fully serviceable before use.
• Recording any vehicle faults in the fault register.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Demonstrable operational experience in a similar environment.
• Demonstrates that they are Articulate in oral and written communication.
• Demonstrates a high level of Excel and Word skills.
